FutureProof '19 Motion Design Conference
In the Motion Design department of my school, Ringling College of Art & Design, we have an annual event called "Professional Week." As part of the event, speakers from motion design studios come from all over to talk with students and give advice.
For next year, the event is going to be rebranded as "FutureProof," and that's where my brand package comes in. Here you'll find all the design work I did for pitching the direction of next year's conference to make it the most exciting event it could be. Take a look!
The concept for my design was born from the idea of stamps, synonymous with their use for personal branding. I decided to take that idea and combine it with animation, the repetition of stamps mimicking the frames of an animated film.
In addition to this, I decided to use a colorful Florida centric color palette that emulates the beauty of the location and the joyful feeling people will have at the event itself.
The FutureProof 2019 logo combines the F and the P of the title and reconfigures it into the shape of a key. The key represents students ability to connect and enter the industry through this conference, an event that is key to their future.
It can only be represent in a solid color or black, no gradients or mixing colors.
